Some mistakenly see the "filling of the Holy Spirit" as primarily a one-time experience that they may get during a worship service or a time of prayer.  Theologically this confuses with what Paul taught in I Corinthians 12:13 and here in Ephesians 5:18. 

That is one of the miracles of those who are followers of Jesus, as God changes us from the inside out, we become light and salt to a world that needs to hear about Him.  And salt and light always changes what it touches

When we live with a willingness to give ourselves away completely for God's cause, than what Jesus said will be also true of us, "He who seeks to save His live will lose it, BUT he who loses His life for my sake will save it."
