GROWING HEARTS IN JESUS!
GROWING HEARTS IN JESUS!
Reaching our world for Christ!
We believe that every believer in Jesus Christ is called to be "salt and light" to a world in need. One of the ways God causes us to grow in Him is to learn the truth that it is more "blessed to give than receive." Towards that end we seek every opportunity through local outreach and world wide missions to see the gospel proclaimed and for people to hear the goodnews of salvation in Jesus! Look at some of the ministry opportunities below and get in touch if you have any questions!
His Mercy
House
His Mercy House is a ministry of compassion and love where we reach out to the community through our food and clothing pantry. Our desire is that those in need would know they are loved by Jesus and those at Immanual Bible Church. As food and clothing are gifted to those coming throughout the week, the gospel of Jesus Christ is shared that others may know God and begin growing in Him. Interested in getting involved, sign up info below!
The Soup
Kitchen
The vision of The Soup Kitchen is "feeding bodies, feeding souls." Through a monthly outreach, a beautifully catered meal is offered and the gospel of Jesus Christ is shared. There is a strong team, who show compassion to those in need and let them know they are not alone in a world that is often filled with trouble. Jesus said, "in me you will have peace, in this world trouble, but take heart I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)
Bluegrass
Festival
This year's Bluegrass Festival is another way Immanuel Bible reaches out to the community. Partnering with Sonrise Revival Mountian Band, we share the gospel through music, preaching, loving on those who stop by and listen and through good food. We are always looking for volunteers to help out with this event. Interested, more info below. And let us remember, "whatever you do in word or deed, do it all in the name of Jesus." (Col 3:17)
