• We discover in the last chapters of Job, that God reveals Himself to Job by pointing to His creation.  From the skies above and the vastness of the heavens, to the animal kingdom and even dinosaurs, God challenges Job's complaints concerning God's justice, "Shall a faultfinder contend  with the Almighty?"    And of course the answer is no.  How are we to question God's goodness in the face of suffering and evil?

  • But where can hope come from in the midst of our troubles?  The answer to that question ultimately lies in whether we have hope beyond the grave or not.  If we believe a tree has more hope, than certainly hopelessness will follow, especially when we are passing through difficulties

  • In Hebrews 4:15-166, we are told that “since Jesus went through the heavens as our High Priest, we can now hold on to the faith we profess…  we can confidently go before His throne in prayer and find the grace and mercy to help us in our time of need.”   This is good news when we look at our weakness, sin and our troubled lives here on earth.
