This year we will be joining the "Stand Courageous Conference" in Parsippany, NJ on Saturday, March 23. "Stand Courageous" seeks to help men develop a strong biblical character, cultivate positive habits, build and rebuild relationships, and make commitments that will move men closer to God’s good purpose and design – men who will Stand Courageous! The focus of the conference is to help men uniquely understand their role in today's world as a follower of Jesus.
The conference is also geared toward inviting a friend to hear the good news of Jesus and about God's plan for their lives from a biblical perspective. Speakers like General Boykin (one of the original founders of the Delta Force), Pancho Juarez, and Tony Perkins (Family Research Council) will guide us into the presence of God.
The IBC Men's Ministry has secured a unique price for Saturday's conference on March 23 for only $50 per person. To receive this special discount you must register. After registering you will be redirected to the church's PayPal page or you can simply register and pay below. We also encourage you to pray about inviting and sponsoring a young man that you want to reach out to for the Lord. If you choose to give extra for sponsorship, simply give above and beyond the $50. On Saturday there will be a group carpooling from the church at 5:30 a.m.
If you are interested in going a day early on Friday, March 22, we are planning a special Friday night session in collaboration with "Stand Courageous Conference" leadership. You are responsible for your own hotel room if you choose to go early. "Stand Courageous" has secured a hotel discount. Our group will be at the Sheraton (Link Here For Hotel).
